The Lead Teacher is the adult who has the primary responsibility for the children. Another key role of the Lead Teacher is for the responsibility of understanding and implementing the program’s curriculum. The teacher provides a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment which is educationally sound in developmental practices. Qualifications are a minimum of a Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, or experience as a Lead Teacher in an educational setting.
All of our classroom teachers are hired using the Guidelines established by the Ohio Department of Jobs and Families Services. In addition, all of our classroom teachers are given extensive educational training with special needs children, with an emphasis on Autism.
